I am gonna be 14 later this year and I can't stop watching cartoons like SpongeBob Avatar:the last airbender transformers and Dragon Ball Z.My brothers keep saying that I'm too old to watch this "garbage".But I can't help it, they also say that I'm already grown up yet I don't feel like anything has changed since I was a kid.I don't even try say that I'm not a kid.My brothers also say I should read books instead of watching TV I don't know whether i should stop or not, all I know is that I can't find anything interesting in watching any other TV shows(except Drake & Josh, Ned's declassified school survival guide and the Science channel).Even though a friend of my brother saw me watching a cartoon on YouTube and didn't even say a word, he only asked me what am I watching and left.

Hun, don't be in such a rush to grow up. I'm around the same age as you and on the off chance I do watch TV, I watch cartoons. Most kids our age watch cartoons. Every time somebody talks in my class, it's a Spongebob reference. Sometimes it will reference another Nick cartoon too. Hell, my mom watches cartoons sometimes. Her favorite show is Spongebob (back when it was actually good).
